About Stephens' Music

  Our experience in music retail dates back to 1977. Stephens' Music Co. was started in 1984 by Mr. Travis Stephens and has provided instruments, accessories and instruction to the North Georgia area for over 20 years. Our past experience in performing, recording, teaching and sound installation enables us to know our products and better understand our customers needs.
  With the opening of our new facility, SMC is the nicest, most well-stocked music store within a 1 hour drive of Calhoun, GA. We are very proud of our courteous and knowledgable sales staff and many instructors.
  SMC strives to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our customers. From the roomy, well-lit showroom, the seven large lesson rooms, the spacious recording studio, to the two inviting waiting areas (with large screen plasma T.V. and sofa).
  SMC is simply a very different retail, recording and educational experience.
